1. Goods / Cards will be accepted for return for the following reasons:
A. If shipment was made without Customer’s authorization or order;
B. If incorrect items were shipped;
C. If defective items were shipped;
D. If defective Goods / Cards are covered by the standard warranty.
2. To return Goods / Cards, you must contact a Customer Service Representative by email support@greetingsyard.com with an order number. Items may not be accepted without an order number.
Please have the following information must be mentioned in your email:
- Reason you wish to return the Goods / Cards;
- Quantity, description, part number and serial number of the Goods / Cards;
- Date of Receipt of Order;
- No return after 15 days;
- No refund on sterile, single-use disposable products.
