You undertake that all the details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods are correct, that the Credit or Debit card you are using is your own and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the purchase, when paying in different currency we apply the exchange rate. We will endeavour to ensure the exchange value is the closest to the face value of the card as possible.

GreetingsYard.com reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you.

We do our utmost to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are correct. However we reserve the right to validate those prices before we process your order.

We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.

GreetingsYard.com can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the product(s) purchased.

We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website.

If your order is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation for the transaction amount. You can pay by Credit Cards .

You must keep confidential all passwords you have nominated to be connected to our website. You agree that we may disclose any information in connection with your accounts to anyone who correctly quotes your ‘Login’ and ‘Password’ where applicable.

The despatch date is the day we POST the card and NOT the day it should arrive. Your order will be posted according to below information. Your card will be posted according to the date mentioned in your order. If it is a Bank Holiday in the Pakistan then the cards will be posted the next working day.

All our cards are posted by standard Service from our office in Pakistan. On availability we use best courier services to deliver your cards e.g; TCS, Pakistan Post. 90% of all first class letters are delivered on next working day; however, it is not possible to guarantee next day delivery. To avoid disappointment please ensure you allow as much time as possible.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
